Demonetisation : नोटबंदी पर केंद्र सरकार को राहत, सुप्रीम कोर्ट Supreme court ने फैसले को सही ठहराया।
नोटबंदी को चुनौती देने वाली दाखिल याचिकाओं पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज अपना फैसला सुनाया।
supreme court of india सुप्रीम कोर्ट ऑफ़ इंडिया ने केंद्र सरकार central government को क्लीनचिट देते हुए नोटबंदी के फैसले को सही माना है।
Demonetisation पर कोर्ट ने कहा कि, इसके लिए उचित प्रक्रिया का पालन किया गया और सरकार ने RBI से 6 महीने तक इस पूरे प्रकरण पर बातचीत की थी.
